Listen up. Forty percent of 16 to 25 year olds browse the internet daily or 2 to 3 times a week looking for the things they need to buy. And only 15% of them browse a mall (daily or 2 to 3 times a week) to look for the same stuff. If you’re a mall retailer with a weak web presence you are missing a big opportunity for driving 16 to 25 year old South Africans into your stores.For them, web presence easily trumps store window for grabbing their attention at the times they’re in the market to buy your products.
